Heferon — the AI infrastructure company
It’s not a people problem. It’s an infrastructure problem.
We build it and run it.
What we build
Work that should be a system is being done by people.
RevOps & GrowthOps
Your pipeline lives in people's heads and your forecast is a feeling. Pipeline infrastructure, CRM and forecasting — built, run and owned by you.
Open
Automation & Optimisation
The report someone rebuilds every Friday, the numbers retyped between systems — automated on rails you own, built and run inside your operation.
Open
Custom Software & Platform Development
The spreadsheet your operation secretly runs on, replaced with software built around your process — built in days, run inside your business, owned by you.
Open
AI Integration & Intelligent Agents
AI that finishes the work — supervised, never untethered. Agents that run on Johan OS inside your operation, with your people approving what matters.
Open
Digital Transformation & RPA
Your operation runs on paper, spreadsheets and one person's memory. It gets digitised end to end — POPIA-aligned, built and run inside your business.
Open
Finance & FinOps
Your books are only right after the month has ended. Capture, coding, reconciliation and compliance that keep pace while the month is still running.

Agent categories
AI Operations Agents
Your operating knowledge lives in people's heads, and every new hire relearns it by interrupting someone. Internal copilots that answer from your own material.
Open
AI Sales & Revenue Agents
Your reps spend their day on admin around the sale instead of the sale. Agents that qualify, draft and flag — and write every action back to the record.
Open
AI Customer & Patient Agents
Most of what your front line answers, it has answered before — and after hours, nobody answers at all. First-line support grounded in your approved material.
Open
AI Finance & Compliance Agents
Your books are accurate at month-end. The rest of the month you are guessing. Classification, debtor chasing and compliance checks that run on their own.
Open
AI Data & Marketing Agents
Leads arrive as a company name and an email, and stay that way. A layer that completes the record, scores it against deals you actually won, and reports on itself.

$10,000/month grant activated, campaign built in a day
